An Exclusive Opportunity for Referral Partners: Host an HR Tech Product Deep Dive

Would you like an opportunity to explore emerging HR technology while amplifying your referral partner exposure? Many HR tech vendors have approached me, eager to showcase their solutions to this unique community—one that holds the power to make credible software recommendations to decision-makers.

We've called these sessions Product Deep Dives, and they’ve become one of my favorite things to host. However, our IRD team currently doesn’t have the bandwidth to manage them. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for leading community members to volunteer as hosts for these sessions, gaining additional visibility while promoting their affiliate links.

How It Works

  1. Vendor Connection: I’ll connect you with an HR technology vendor and provide clear guidelines on how to structure the conversation.
  2. Session Preparation: You’ll introduce the vendor to SAI and System Admin Insights and provide them with a sample session format.
  3. Contract & Scheduling: You’ll share a contract link with them (any contract questions can be directed to me), then schedule the session at a time that works for you.
  4. Promotion: You’ll promote the session using your affiliate link within Circle and on LinkedIn. The IRD team will create the event in Circle for you.
  5. Hosting the Session: You’ll be responsible for hosting the session within the Circle platform, and we’ll provide you with training to ensure you feel comfortable running it.
  6. Post-Session Engagement: After the session, the IRD team will edit the video and post it to the space. You can continue promoting the session and guiding people to sign up using your affiliate link. </aside>

What Makes These Events Special?

Unlike typical sales presentations, these Product Deep Dives are designed for technical audiences—not for logo slides, testimonials, or ROI pitches. Vendors must bring subject matter experts to answer technical and pointed questions from a knowledgeable audience. These sessions serve as an accessible alternative to major tech conferences, helping community members stay up to date on the latest in HR technology.

No Kickbacks, Just Impact

To maintain our impartiality, IRD does not accept referral kickbacks for any specific product recommendation to an IRD customer or SAI member. The only time money changes hands is when a vendor connects with prospects as a result of Product Deep Dive events. If an attendee chooses to learn more about a product via a session’s referral link, any revenue generated will be donated to nonprofits from our selected list. Future Revenue Opportunities for Hosts

Once these sessions gain traction, we plan to begin charging vendors to participate. As a host, you will receive a portion of that revenue (specific percentage TBD). This means that in addition to increasing your visibility and strengthening your industry connections, you’ll also have the potential to generate direct financial value from your efforts.
